Otto was born in 1998 in Limassol. Since 2018, he has been studying at the University of Fine Arts (visual and applied arts) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specialising in new media (photography, video art, 3D art).

His photographs are inspired by the movements of Dadaism and Constructivism. One of his main themes is the human "evolution" of abandonment. Otto noticed that by photographing abandoned buildings, he also captures their concealed memories, and human absence. In extension, the art of photography can objectively show the present, the past, and the uncertainty of the future.

In 2021 he published his first art book which contains visual photographs and photo collages inspired by urban and abandoned landscapes. He took part in the Charity exhibition "RATE vs Blood Cancer 2"" in Limassol in 2021, and in 2022 he participated in "Video Art Projects" at the Municipal Gallery of Thessaloniki, the 4th audiovisual festival Little Islands Festival, the "Photographic Exhibition on Police Violence" in Thessaloniki, and "Rural 1.5C" Climate Of Change, under the auspices of ActionAid Hellas.
